Brothers Carlos and Vitória, even though they live in a world full of ways of communicating, often feel alone, confused and even invisible — but the challenges they encounter will represent important steps in strengthening their identities. This is the story of a family in quarantine. Carlos and Vitória are brothers and live with their father, but only meet him at the end of the day. Very different from each other, they each express themselves in their own way. However, they have the same motivation: to understand their place in the world. Carlos lives locked in his room, recording videos and audios about himself or posting them on social media. Vitória, on the other hand, is more of a paper person, writes a diary and invents fairy tales in an old notebook that belonged to her mother. Even confined, the brothers are following their paths with the resources and instruments they have. The author explores the many ways we have to communicate and with agile language, this book teaches us that, if we have to face our monsters, we should do it with courage, holding the hand of those who love us and want us well — because no one is, or should feel, invisible.
