How to apply a discount code?

Do you have a discount code?

1 - Choose the products you want and complete the purchase using the shopping cart.
2 - On the checkout page, enter your code in the "Discount code" field.
3 - As soon as you enter the code, you must click on the "Apply" button and the discount will be applied immediately.

Are all orders accompanied by a tracking code?

Yes, all orders placed in our store are accompanied by a valid tracking code. We will make the tracking code available as soon as your order is shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking code is generated and sent by email. (email associated with registration)
If you cannot find the email, please check your "spam" folder.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on demand, all orders are received and shipped within 2 business days.
Depending on the Country and Region, your order from the moment it is sent may take 1-2 business days for the Iberian Peninsula and 3-7 business days for Europe.

If my order takes a long time to arrive, what do I do?

After the expected delivery time has passed, we recommend that you contact the carrier to clarify the reason for the delay or to expedite a new delivery. If the carrier does not recognize your order, contact us immediately so we can check what happened. Confirming that this is a logistical problem, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase.

What is the return deadline?

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If it is not possible to make the refund in the same way you made the payment, we may directly ask you for another way to make the refund.
