To place an order at Natubrazil, follow these steps: Firstly, it is optional to register on the website. Then, add the desired products to the cart, go to checkout and complete your order.

How does the shipping process work?
We use reliable carriers and provide a tracking number so you can track your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Deliveries to Portugal and Spain take on average 1 to 2 business days. For the rest of Europe, the deadline is up to 4 days via UPS.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking code by email, which can be used on the carrier's website to track your order.

Returns and Refunds

How can I return a product?
You have a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without paying compensation and without needing to indicate a reason.

How soon can I expect a refund?
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the contract is terminated.
