Wheat for Kibe Yoki - 500gr

Wheat for kibbeh is one of the most consumed flours in Brazil and an important ingredient in Brazilian food culture. It is the main ingredient of Kibe - ("Kibbeh" is a Syrian-Lebanese dish, brought to Brazil by immigrants). The kibbeh is made from beef and bulgur wheat, seasoned with garlic, onion, mint and cinnamon. The balls are fried and consumed as a snack in Brazil (also in the raw version known as "raw kibe"). Kibe is served with lemon slices and tahini sauce for dipping.
