Texts Too Cruel to Read Quickly

THE BEST-SELLING FICTION BOOK OF 2018 Going against the trend of short and superficial texts that are posted on social media, the literary collective Textos Too Cruel to Read Quickly (TCD) started producing and sharing extensive, deep and extremely poetic content on their Facebook and Instagram pages. With their writings and illustrations, they ended up reaching a much larger audience than expected, showing us how, despite the increasing agility that our communication requires, we still need time to digest and understand our complex human relationships. For this book, unpublished texts were produced and accompanied by sensitive illustrations by Anália Moraes.
