Breastfeeding a baby nourishes not only with food, but also with love, protection and trust. Strengthens bonds, eases discomfort, establishes routine. But, like everything in life, at some point the end comes. And how can we conduct this gently and gradually, so that mothers and children can live this phase, and all that are to come, without trauma or regret?

I usually say that we prepare throughout pregnancy for breastfeeding, but almost nothing (or nothing) for weaning. For those who decide to continue for a longer period of time, it seems that the subject is becoming even more delicate and we debate this on few occasions.
