Thinking about strategies and tips so that the confectioner avoids falling into traps, such as excessive flourishes and lack of planning and organization, Mara Cakes proposes, in this work, the simplification of cake and dessert production processes in order to improve the use of preparations and, consequently, the profit of the confectionery business. In No frills: from a cupcake to a franchise in Europe, Mara shares, through her varied recipes, her enthusiasm for both this area and for teaching and helping people, in addition to telling a little about the success story of the Mara Cakes Group.
