Renata Carrot Cake Mix 400g Pack The Renata Carrot Cake Mix is ​​very easy to make and goes well at any time of the day. Its formula brings the purity and quality that only Renata flour has, and the result is a much fluffier cake with a flavor that will make your mouth water!

How to use:

You will need: 150ml of milk (3/4 cup). 3 whole eggs. 3 tablespoons of margarine (60g to 80g). Before preparing: Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C) for 10 minutes. Grease the pan with margarine, and then sprinkle with Renata wheat flour. Preparation method: 1. Mix the contents of this package with the margarine, eggs and milk. Beat with a mixer for 4 minutes at high speed or by hand for 6 minutes, until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth dough. 2. Pour the dough into a greased pan and place in the heated oven. 3. Bake at medium temperature (180°C) and according to the time indicated for each type of pan. Do not open the oven before 25 minutes of cooking. To check if the cake is baked, insert a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready. 4. Once ready, let it cool for 15 minutes, unmold and serve. Shapes and cooking time: Rectangular: 22cm x 33cm: 35 to 45 min. Round: 24cm: 40 to 45 min. Round with hole: 22 to 24cm: 40 to 50 min.
