Written especially for undergraduates in the area of ​​Biological Sciences and similar areas, this work seeks to describe the diversity of invertebrate animals, highlighting the most relevant points of the biology of each group. In addition to presenting an overview of the form, function and adaptations that enable these organisms to live in the environments in which they live, Invertebrate Zoology points out, for most of the groups studied, the perspective of their kinship with other organisms.Zoology of Invertebrates does not aim to replace excellent translated textbooks, but rather to complement classic works on the subject, through content rich in typical examples of Brazilian fauna for each group.
