Book, Stray wind: the chronicles of Antônio Maria[LS]

Among the 185 texts gathered, the vast majority of which have never been published in books, are chronicles about Rio nightlife and friends. But another Maria is also revealed in them, little seen in the selections produced so far: her origins in a rich Pernambuco family that lost everything and the prejudice against northeasterners in Rio. The subject underlying the chronicles was also the racial issue, since he was the only Afro-descendant among the most famous chroniclers of the time.
