The objective of this book is to present to the Brazilian public the contemporary debate on the theory of international relations in its scope, but also in its complexity. The approach allows dealing with all relevant debates in the area of international relations theory, establishing and explaining the logic and premises of the different positions of different authors, in addition to avoiding presentation in terms of debates or paradigms and presentation in terms of evolution Historical. The book also seeks to present the different theoretical approaches in their diversity, in their richness and with their insufficiencies. The work also aims to reflect all contemporary debates in the area of international relations theory, including the most recent contributions as well as the different emphases existing in the contemporary debate. Contributions such as feminist or post-colonialism will be presented and debated, precisely with the intention of covering all contemporary debates.
