Post-Brasília. Rumos da Arquitetura Brasileira' makes an incursion into a period that is still little studied in Brazilian contemporary architecture. Through careful selection, Maria Alice Junqueira Bastos defined a set of the most significant works of the period, on which she collected a considerable diversity of critical assessments and project justifications. The work is constructed from the analysis of this material, which relates discourse and architectural practice in their political and cultural contexts. Treated in a clear and objective manner, abundantly illustrated, the book allows a revealing approach to the most striking features of Brazilian architecture of the last forty years.
