Ariano Suassuna was an excellent storyteller. From the show classes to the “stories” he heard and incorporated into his books, there are so many examples that we could say that his life was filled with fun — and unbelievable — stories. Thinking about the young reader, Carlos Newton Júnior selected some that were published in "Almanaque Armorial", a column that Ariano maintained in "Jornal da Semana", and in other periodicals.
