This book is the result of a collection of articles written exclusively in honor of Prof. Robert Alexy. It contains articles by Alexy himself and 10 professors who represent his thoughts. The work is structured according to the systematic organization of Alexy's thought, centered on the themes of Legal Argumentation; Fundamental rights; Concept and Validity of Law. These materials correspond to his three books, to which are added more than 130 scientific articles – published in German and international magazines, translated into more than 20 languages.
