Home is not a memoir, but it could be a book about memory. Continuity, therefore, is not linear. The author felt these surprises and did not try to correct them, because as Vagner Camilo notes in his presentation, "poetic autobiography is not restricted [...] nor does it seem to obey a strict chronology. And here we have to consider the maladjustment itself of the lyrical genre to deal with the alleged autobiographical task of recomposing the genesis of the individual, more suited to the continuous thread of prose". The Home of the title with the comma without its appositive - a suspended comma, or in suspense - gives, right from the start, visually, a hint of what will be found similar in the poems, in their internal and external flow. Lar, is made up of three parts: "First series" groups together the author's past sensations and situations; "Formação" brings together in a more explicit way the results, variations and experiences of these same sensations and situations, and "Numeral" continues the enumeration that began in the book Numeral/Nominal, which opens Machine of writing - poetry gathered and revised, from 2003 This series, which consists of poems numbered and dated by the author, has no end or finish: it can be stopped by the author or the reader - by whoever blinks first.
