Numerical Calculus techniques are presented in a didactic and complete way. With a classic and didactic approach, this work presents the methods used in searching for roots of functions, which is one of the main applications of Numerical Calculus, the methods for solving linear systems, adjusting points, obtaining interpolating functions and a introduction to the solution of differential equations. This book, in addition to being able to be used in classrooms, also serves as a reference for Computing professionals to develop routines and programs that have Numerical Calculation as an end or as a means. The chapters in this book present the theoretical topic, followed by solved examples and proposed exercises. All chapters are accompanied by a program written in C language, whose algorithm is discussed in detail. In some cases, further reading presents an advanced technique related to the chapter topic. At the end of some chapters, a biography of mathematicians linked to the topic is offered.
