Book, Online Distance Education[LS]

Language: Brazilian Portuguese. In this book, the authors present results from more than eight years of experience and research in online Distance Education (EaDonline), with examples of courses taught to Mathematics teachers. In addition to courses, other pedagogical practices such as virtual learning communities and the development of modeling projects carried out remotely are described. Although the three authors of this book are from the area of ​​Mathematics Education, some of the discussions presented in it, such as teacher training, the teaching role in EaDonline, in addition to issues of qualitative research methodology, can be adapted to other areas of knowledge. In this sense, this work is aimed at those who are not yet familiar with EaDonline and also at those who seek to reflect more intensely on their practice in this educational modality. It is worth noting that the three authors have taught classes in virtual learning environments.
