Language: Brazilian Portuguese. Feyerabend's ideas aroused great interest and the most heated controversies in scientific and academic circles due to the challenging critical stance of this philosopher who gained renown from the 1960s onwards, when he began to dedicate himself especially to the analysis of the foundations of physical theories and scientific epistemology. The main accusation leveled against his conceptions was that he was a preacher of relativism and intellectual anarchism.
