Organizational Behavior, by Márcia Banov, is a book that addresses the most current topics on the subject. From the person to the organization, the author examines several aspects that, analyzed together, will benefit people, organizations and labor relations. The book is divided into four parts: • Organizational Behavior: explores the main concepts of the subject; • People Behavior: addresses psychological aspects in the organizational context; • Group Behavior: also with a psychological bias, but this time exploring business relationships between people and groups; • Behavior of Organizations: the last part of the book is aimed at analyzing the organizational structure and the different types of work format and how these themes shape Brazilian organizational culture.
