This book is entirely dedicated to the clinician and contains valuable and current information in these specialties, in which research is profuse and advances are rapid. The authors, renowned leaders in their specialties, managed to bring together, alongside the extensive bibliography, all the experience based on long years of clinical and teaching experience. The themes are arranged in a logical sequence in order to inform the reader, through simple and clear language, the procedures at each stage of this long trajectory, in the management of such specific and complex cases. Thus, the initial chapters deal with the details of the clinical examination, obtaining and evaluating the documentation requested to reach the diagnosis, with an emphasis on locating the disharmony.
