The modifications in the surgical technique used in different impactions (vertical, horizontal, mesial or distoangular, etc.) are shown with great emphasis, with illustrations and diagrams to make understanding easier. In the last chapters, the surgical techniques of germectomy and coronectomy are presented, giving the reasons for their use.
