Book, Architecture of indifference, One: the Weimar Republic[LS]

Fifty years after the Second World War, the impact of the experience of a certain conception of politics, unprecedented in the past, the extermination camps, as an emblem of radical evil and absolute exclusion, still requires recognition of their exceptionality. The event-scenario of this reinterpretation is the unstable and discontinuous Weimar Republic, in which Reason and Unreason evolve in a kind of 'pas de deux' and design an 'Architecture of Indifference'.
