Book, Afro-descent in black notebooks and MNU newspaper[LS]

Language: Brazilian Portuguese. The choice of a textual production that is defined as “black”, as an object of study, highlights the option to deal more closely with another part of my identity formation, the Afro, marked by the color of the skin and the need to make clear the impossibility of transparency. The texts of Sociology, History, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, Post-colonial Studies and Black Studies are intertwined with debates, reflections, classes, seminars, readings and various speeches, which I appropriated, attributing different values ​​to them. An appropriation that makes adaptations, highlights what is pertinent to the study of periodicals, explores the possibilities of remodeling and betraying or abandoning ideas and concepts that do not fit into the nuances chosen by me.
