FAMILY is undoubtedly one of the greatest treasures we have in this world. Our home, the castle where we rest and recharge our batteries, must be an environment of peace, harmony and, above all, forgiveness. It is in this healthy and friendly environment that we learn to admire and respect our parents, learn about the rules of social interaction and, consequently, acquire our identity. The author presents his family's experiences, their successes, their mistakes, their hopes and their beliefs in the future. Through informal language, education, coexistence, moral values, among other topics, are covered in the 11 chapters that make up the book. The insertions of biblical quotes, associated with everyday life, transparently demonstrate the need for dialogue, with the family being a place of forgiveness. As an inspiring source, among the many bibliographical references, the author dedicated an entire chapter to Pope Francis' Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia (The Joy of Love). Family is love, forgiveness and a place for second chances. Having a place to go is home, having someone to love is family. Having both is a blessing from God.
