  • Warabu Brigadeiro with Brazil Nuts

    Ingredients:

    • 1 can of condensed milk
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 100g chopped Amazon Warabu Chocolate
    • Chopped Brazil nuts for rolling
    • Whole Brazil nuts to decorate

    Method of preparation:

    1. In a thick-bottomed pan, mix the condensed milk, butter and chopped Warabu chocolate.
    2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan (about 10 minutes).
    3. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and let it cool completely.
    4. Grease your hands with butter, make small balls with the brigadeiro mixture and roll them in chopped Brazil nuts.
    5. Place each brigadeiro in paper molds and decorate with a whole Brazil nut on top.
    6. Leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Warabu Chocolate Mousse

    Ingredients:

    • 200g of Warabu Amazonian Chocolate (choose the flavor you like most)
    • 1/4 cup coconut milk
    • 2 tablespoons honey or agave (optional, for those who want a little more sweetness)
    • 1 pinch of sea salt
    • 1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract
    • 3 free-range egg whites (or egg white substitute for a vegan version)

    Method of preparation:

    1. Melt the Warabu chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
    2. Add the coconut milk, honey (if using), salt and vanilla to the melted chocolate, stirring well.
    3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    4. Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate, using gentle movements to maintain aeration.
    5. Divide the mousse into individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
    6. Decorate with Warabu chocolate shavings or fresh fruit before serving.
