Considering, therefore, that the word "resource" refers to a temporally distant industrial period in which the human being was considered just another asset used to run the organizational gear, the works in this series started to use the concept of Human Management instead of Human Resources.Human Resources Administration – Human Management: basic fundamentals is part of the Human Resources Series. This work deals with organizations and the people who participate in them, as well as the interaction between them. It introduces, with a more human and strategic vision, a new approach to be applied to human resources.
